SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description. This messaging program sends appointment confirmations and reminders to customers who’ve booked service with NextGen Collision through nextgencollision.com or our online scheduling forms, and who have affirmatively opted in to receive SMS notifications. Consent is collected through a dedicated SMS checkbox on our web forms. Messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, and customer support communications.
2. How to Opt Out. You can cancel this SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number that messaged you. We’ll send a confirmation once you’re unsubscribed, and you won’t receive further texts from us after that. To start receiving messages again, simply opt in the same way you did originally.
3. Getting Help. If you run into any trouble with this program, text “HELP” for assistance, or reach us directly at info@nextgencollision.com or (281) 640-2000 during business hours.
4. Carrier Liability. Wireless carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts sent between us. How often you hear from us depends on your appointments and how you use our services. Reach out to your wireless carrier with questions about your specific plan.
6. Carriers We Support. Our texting program works across all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional providers.
7. Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to take part in our SMS program.
8. Privacy. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
We follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding SMS communication, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

Some parts of the Site may let you purchase products or services from third-party vendors. We aren’t responsible for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of what those vendors provide. If you buy something from a third party through a link on our Site, both that merchant and we may collect information from your visit, including payment details.
Any transaction with a third-party vendor is strictly between you and them — we’re not liable for any loss or issue that results from it.
